Does Your Child Worry A Lot?

Do you want to help them get past their anxieties and be able to relax in everyday situations?

Most children experience fears and worries.

However, sometimes this can become more pronounced, causing the child to suffer more anxiety than their peers.

Children and teens can experience anxiety in their body in many ways:

  • Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)

  • rapid heart rate

  • rapid breathing, feelings of shortness of breath, or breath holding

  • discomfort or pain in the stomach, nausea

  • feeling very hot or cold

  • sweating

  • trembling or shaking

  • numbness or tingling

  • headaches

  • chest pain or discomfort

  • dizzy, lightheaded, or unsteady feelings

  • feelings of a lump in the throat or choking

  • feeling things are unreal or feeling detached from oneself

The Cycle of Anxiety

  • Acting out

  • Avoiding the situation

  • Asking a parent to do things for them.

Hypnosis Can Help Your Child
  • Relax deeply

  • Understand why he or she worries

  • See that worries can be shrunk down until they disappear

  • Focus on the things in their life that make them happy
