Meditation and Stress Management with Hypnosis

Meditation and hypnosis are both powerful tools for stress management, and when combined, they can help calm your nervous system, reduce anxiety, and retrain your mind to respond differently to stress. Meditation works by activating your parasympathetic nervous system (the “rest and relax” mode).

Benefits:

  • Lowers cortisol (stress hormone)

  • Slows heart rate and breathing

  • Reduces anxiety and overthinking

  • Improves emotional control

  • Increases mental clarity

Basic meditation technique (5 minutes):

  1. Sit comfortably

  2. Close your eyes

  3. Breathe slowly through your nose

  4. Focus on your breath

  5. When thoughts appear, gently return focus to breathing

This trains your brain to stay calm instead of reacting automatically to stress.

At the end of each session we will give you a recordingofyour session to help in your meditation for stress.

Hypnotherapy for Overcoming Stress and Anxiety

Fear is one of the most powerful emotions. It has a very strong effect on your mind and body. It can create strong signals of response (stress and anxieties) when we’re in emergencies. It can also take effect when you’re faced with non-dangerous events, like testing anxieties, public speaking, sports performance anxiety, a new job, a date, or even a party. It’s a natural response to a threat that can be either perceived or real, creating stress and anxiety.

In some cases fear and anxieties can take over your life, affecting your ability to eat, sleep, concentrate, travel, enjoy life, or even leave the house or go to work or school.
